My name is Melissa Hendriks. I am a child and adolescent psychiatrist who specializes in treating children, adolescents, and young adults. My mission is to provide the highest quality of care by assessing each person's individual needs and applying evidence-based treatments to improve their quality of life.

About my practice
While I am experienced in treating a variety of disorders, I have a particular interest and clinical expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and learning problems.
In addition to my private practice, I am part of the multidisciplinary diagnostic team at the Henry Ford Health Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
I enjoy a team-based approach to care and regularly collaborate with schools, therapists, and other disciplines.
