New Patients
I am a private practice child and adolescent psychiatrist in Plymouth, Michigan. I offer telehealth and in-person appointments. I work with children, teens, and young adults. My practice is a private-pay model. I do not participate with insurance. For many insurers, I may be considered an “out of network” provider. Upon request, you will be provided with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (if eligible). You will be responsible for contacting your health insurance company to verify out of network benefits and to work with your insurance company to obtain payment.
Please note that I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
Patient Portal
All patients will have a Patient Portal setup before their first patient appointments. An e-mail will be sent with instructions on creating your account and an access code. The access code provided expires in 72 hours.
Patients with non-urgent messages can communicate with me by sending a message through the secure Patient Portal. I will respond to messages in 1-2 business days. Please note that communications through the Patient Portal become part of the patient's electronic health record.
The patient portal also serves as an important means to distribute and complete rating scales to aid in diagnostic assessment, or to follow progress throughout treatment. Assigned rating scales should be completed prior to scheduled appointments in order to best integrate this information at the time of the session.
